I stumbled across this blog awhile ago and love that it is written by a mom who wants to make a difference. Her post today was a rousing speech by Patrick Henry given in 1775. I love the quote at the top as well,
"The reflection upon my situation and that of this army produces many an uneasy hour when all around me are wrapped in sleep. Few people know the predicament we are in." GENERAL GEORGE WASHINGTON January 14, 1776
How many of us are wrapped in sleep today, with eyes shut, hoping that others will simply take care of it all and not understanding the predicament we are in.
